Why glyph of blind

WHY blind Glyph Pretty much all season Iv played with out this glyph and I really don't understand why every single top rogue takes it for. Since the patch Iv been using sprint if I have nightstalker and Gouge If I am playing without that sometimes kick because im good kicker.

The only benefit Iv found to having blind is for switching off the person im on or peeling sometimes double melee but gouge glyph especially makes rogue, ferals hunters and mages easier to stay on so why does everyone take blind for if it wasnt for everyone else taking it i would consider it a complete piece of shit except maybe if playing with a lock.

So if you're target swapping it's very handy. Same with if you play with spriests, disc priests, locks, hunters bleed proc , warriors bleed procs , ret paladin essentially have a bleed proc too , feral druids bleeds , really there are few classes you'd play with that don't have dots on your target sometimes.

Mages also have frostfire bolt dot. It reduces the limitations of a vital control ability and I consider it a must-have glyph.
